These shoes are really cute and looked great on... but they hurt my feet after wearing them for a bit. I wanted to love them, just wish they were more comfortable!

I tried to return my order from circusny.com and felt stuck the whole time. The replies were super slow, the instructions were confusing, and I kept going in circles trying to figure out what to do next. It just felt like I was trapped in this annoying return process with barely any help. Definitely not buying from them again.

I’ve been waiting a few weeks for my refund, and it still hasn’t come through yet. The email responses have been slow and haven’t really helped much so far. I understand these things can take time, but I do wish the process was a bit clearer and more responsive.

i mean, I was really surprised by how poorly this was packed. The order showed up in a flimsy box with almost no padding, and the corners were already crushed when it arrived. One of the items even had marks on it. For the price I paid, I definitely expected more care. It just felt rushed, and I’m not happy with it.

I ordered this because it looked like a nice soft beige online, but when it showed up it was way more yellow/cream. not even close to the pictures. I know colors can look a little different on different screens, but come on, this was a big difference. Really frustrating, and I don’t think I’d trust the colors on this site again.
